Testimonials

Terri Bramlett is a godsend for her clients. Prior to moving to The Villages we lived in the Tampa Bay area. Our longtime friend and realtor there wanted us to have the best representation that could be found in The Villages. She conducted interviews with several candidates for us. She found Terri Bramlett to have lengthy experience, integrity and market knowledge. Terri is conscientious, knowledgeable and showed a willingness to understand our wants, desires and price points. She is extremely professional while showing properties and negotiating offers. Terri is also someone who rolls with her buyers many changes in "wants". Terri truly goes the extra mile for her clients.

Terri, the wife and I wanted to thank you for all you did for us when we purchased our Florida home. In all of years in the military having to move several times we never had a more caring, professional sales agent. Although we were thousands of miles from Florida you made the entire process seamless, the closing was the best we ever experienced. Your involvement also helped us secure furnishings to make our transition easier. The fact that you were always available to answer questions was priceless, your support was paramount. When we decide to upgrade, you will definitely be our agent. Thanks again ❤️
